ABOUT
What if one focused day gave you skills that strengthened your relationship for years?
A Day For Us is for Utah couples and families who care deeply about their relationships — and want to invest in them intentionally.
In a culture where family matters, commitments matter, and showing up for the people you love matters, this conference is a one-day, local staycation with real substance. It’s a space set apart from the noise of everyday life — a day to slow down, learn, reflect, and walk away stronger together.
Whether you’re newly married, decades in, parenting little ones, launching teenagers, rebuilding after hard seasons, navigating faith shifts, or simply wanting more depth and connection — there will be sessions designed for you.
This isn’t only for couples in crisis, and it’s not only for couples who feel “fine.” It’s for Utah partners who believe their marriage or relationship is worth tending to before, during, or after life’s transitions.

What You'll Experience
You’ll hear from trusted mental health professionals, engage in guided, practical exercises, and leave with tools you can use for months — not just inspiration for the drive home. Think of it as Education Week for your relationship, but focused entirely on mental health, emotional connection, and parenting resilience — thoughtfully curated into one powerful day.
Come with your spouse.
Come with your partner.
Come with a friend who values growth.
Spend the day investing in what matters most — and walk away with skills that amplify connection, strengthen your family, and protect your future.
In a place where family matters deeply, taking one day to strengthen yours is a meaningful start.
A Day Set Apart
