The Moment I Lost You (And How We Find Our Way Back)

Most couples do not wake up one day suddenly disconnected. More often, distance builds quietly through missed moments, unresolved hurt, emotional exhaustion, stress, and small patterns of disconnection that slowly accumulate over time. 


Partners can begin feeling misunderstood, emotionally alone, or disconnected from the very person they love most, sometimes without fully understanding how they got there.


This deeply moving and experiential workshop is designed to help couples slow down long enough to recognize what has been happening beneath the surface of their relationship and begin finding their way back to each other again. 


Rather than sitting through a traditional lecture, couples will be guided through meaningful reflection, vulnerable conversations, and carefully structured connection exercises designed to foster emotional safety, understanding, empathy, and reconnection in real time.


Kristy Weber combines warmth, clinical insight, and relational attunement to create an experience that feels emotionally grounding, hopeful, and deeply human. Couples will explore how emotional needs, stress, past hurt, communication patterns, and unspoken fears shape the way they interact during moments of conflict and disconnection.


This workshop is intentionally designed to move beyond simply “understanding relationship skills” and instead help couples actually experience moments of closeness, vulnerability, repair, and emotional connection together. 


Attendees will leave with practical tools for navigating conflict and disconnection, along with a renewed sense of hope, emotional clarity, and belief that meaningful connection is still possible within their relationship.
