Aimee is clinically certified as a CCMHC, licensed as an LPC, and nationally certified as an NCC. She also holds specialized training as a Certified Sex Therapist (CST), bringing advanced expertise in clinical mental health counseling, intimacy, relationship dynamics, and sex therapy.
Her work is grounded in a compassionate, goal-oriented approach that helps individuals and couples navigate challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and connection.
Aimee believes that what many people view as “failure” is often an important opportunity for growth, healing, and learning. Clients consistently appreciate the supportive, insightful, and practical approach she brings to therapy, tailoring her work to meet the unique emotional and relational needs of each person she works with.
Having personally experienced profound trauma through the loss of her first husband in a tragic auto accident shortly after their marriage, Aimee brings deep empathy and lived understanding to her work with clients navigating grief, trauma, and major life transitions.
She is also a certified Rape Trauma Advocate and a Level Three Gottman Certified Clinician, equipping her to support couples through relationship distress, betrayal, co-parenting challenges, and difficult transitions with compassion and clinical expertise.
