Dr. Christy Kane is a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC), speaker, author, and the founder of Kane Counseling Services, a family-centered mental health practice serving Utah County. Leading more than 20 mental health providers across the Lehi and Provo clinics, Dr. Kane is passionate about making emotionally healthy relationships, families, and communities more accessible through evidence-based, brain-based mental health care. 


In January 2026, Kane Counseling Services expanded through a new partnership clinic with Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in Provo.


Known for her engaging storytelling, emotionally powerful teaching style, and practical approach to mental health, Dr. Kane has delivered hundreds of presentations focused on emotional resilience, trauma, relationships, and psychological wellbeing.
