Jessie Whittaker
CSW
Jessie Whittaker, CSW, is a therapist at Kane Counseling Services in Provo who works from a trauma-informed, feminist-informed, and affirming lens. She is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families better understand the emotional patterns shaping their relationships, identity, and sense of connection.
Jessie specializes in working with people from a variety of backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ and queer clients, to explore with them faith transitions, identities, and the impact stress, trauma, and emotional overwhelm can have on emotional wellbeing and relationships.
Drawing from her background in community leadership, youth advocacy, nonprofit management, and mental health care, Jessie brings a warm, grounded, and emotionally safe approach to her work.
She has spent years supporting youth, families, and underserved communities through mentoring, crisis support, leadership development, and emotional wellness programming.
Jessie is especially passionate about helping people move away from shame, survival-mode reactions, and self-abandonment and toward greater self-awareness, resilience, emotional safety, and authentic connection with themselves and others.
Her work blends compassion, nervous system awareness, and practical relational tools to help clients navigate life transitions and relationships with greater clarity and confidence.
