Josh Otani is a licensed marriage and family therapist and the founder of Big Valley Therapy, a private practice dedicated to helping individuals and couples heal, reconnect, and grow into their most authentic selves.
His work focuses on creating safety, restoring trust, and fostering deep emotional connection in relationships. Josh specializes in working with relationship distress, betrayal trauma, compulsive sexual behaviors, and anxiety.
